ADVISORY AND GUIDELINES ON THE CONSULAR OUTREACH AND MOBILE OVERSEAS VOTER REGISTRATION IN JEJU

The Philippine Embassy wishes to inform the Filipino community that it will conduct a Consular Outreach and Mobile Overseas Voter Registration Mission in Jeju on 27 July 2024 (8:00 AM - 6:00 PM) and 28 July 2024 (8:00 AM - 1:00 PM) at Jungang-ro 12gil 18, Jeju City. The following guidelines shall be observed:

1. For passport-related transactions, appointment slots may be obtained at https://www.passport.gov.ph/ (choose and click under site "Jeju Outreach").

2. For civil registry (Report of Birth, Report of Marriage, Report of Death, Marriage License/LCCM, Travel Document) and notarial transactions (Special Power of Attorney, Affidavit, Certification, Dual Citizenship, Certificate of Registration with the Embassy or Embassy ID), please bring the requirements which may be found at http://www.philembassy-seoul.com/consular.asp. All payments for Notarial Services and Civil Registry Transactions will be collected with expedite processing fees as they are rendered beyond regular hours and on the observance of the weekend of the Philippine Embassy per Department of Foreign Affairs Foreign Service Circular (FSC) No. 2024-0391 dated 03 May 2024

3. For transactions related to Overseas Employment Certificate (OEC) and other services of the Migrant Workers Office (MWO)-Seoul, please email labor@philembassy-seoul.com for pre-evaluation of documents.

4. For OWWA membership, please bring valid passport, contract and Alien Registration Card (original and photocopy) or send an email to southkorea@owwa.gov.ph for pre-evaluation of documents.

5. For Pag-IBIG and/or SSS membership including registration for new and reactivated accounts, updating of membership records, and related queries or concerns, please bring a valid passport.

6. For Overseas Voter Registration, go to the iRehistro portal which may be accessed at https://irehistro.comelec.gov.ph/ovf1 or by scanning the QR Code below, and fill-out the online form.

Save the generated iRehistro form, print it out making sure all the QR codes on the second page are complete, and bring it, together with a valid Philippine Passport and a copy of the datapage, to the registration site for the taking of biometrics.

In the absence of a valid Philippine Passport, supporting documents can be any of the following: 1) Identification Certificate and a photocopy thereof for dual citizens; 2) Seafarer's Book and a photocopy of the datapage for sea-based workers; or 3) Certification from the Embassy for those with lost or expired passports and are eligible to apply for lost passport replacement or passport renewal.
