ADDITIONAL EMBASSY PHONE NUMBER DURING OFFICE HOURS STARTING 15 October 2020


The Philippine Embassy in Seoul wishes to inform the Filipino Community in South Korea of its dedicated phone number for inquiries on consular services (passporting, notarials, civil registries, visa, NBI, etc.) and non-emergency concerns. Clients who need to reach the Embassy regarding the aforementioned services may call or send a text message to 010-9385- 0535 from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., Sundays to Thursdays.

Those who need to reach the Embassy after office hours and on weekends, including public holidays, are requested to contact 010-9365-2312.



Filipinos in distress and/or experiencing an emergency are requested to call or send a text message to 010-9263-8119 anytime.
