The Embassy wishes to advise the public that effective 15 June 2019, red satin ribbons will no longer be affixed on documents acknowledged/notarized by the Philippine Embassy. The acknowledged/notarized documents will continue to bear the gold round seal and Embassy dry seal (front page only), bound by an eyelet. This change will be implemented in Philippine Foreign Service Posts.

The Philippine Embassy in Seoul informs the public that the Pag-IBIG Fund South Korea Member Services Desk and SSS–Seoul will be temporarily unable to accommodate walk-in clients on 25 January 2026 due to an official onsite service in Busan.
