ADVISORY AND GUIDELINES ON THE CONSULAR OUTREACH AND MOBILE OVERSEAS VOTER REGISTRATION IN HYEHWADONG


The Philippine Embassy wishes to inform the Filipino community that it will conduct a Consular Outreach and Mobile Overseas Voter Registration Mission on 31 July 2023 from 9:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. at the 4th Flr, Jongro-gu Dongsung-dong 1-48, Seoul (Near Hyehwa Station Exit 1). The following guidelines shall be observed:

1. For Overseas Voter Registration, go to the iRehistro portal which may be accessed at https://irehistro.comelec.gov.ph/irehistro/ovf1 or https://tinyurl.com/ovregform1, or by scanning the QR Code, and fill-out the online form.



Save the generated iRehistro form, print it out making sure all the QR codes on the second page are complete, and bring it, together with a valid Philippine Passport and a copy of the datapage, to the mobile registration site for the taking of biometrics.

In the absence of a valid Philippine Passport, supporting documents can be any of the following: 1) Identification Certificate and a photocopy thereof for dual citizens; 2) Seafarer's Book and a photocopy of the datapage for sea-based workers; or 3) Certification from the Embassy for those with lost or expired passports and are eligible to apply for lost passport replacement or passport renewal.

2. For civil registry and notarial transactions, please secure an appointment at bit.ly/2023hyehwaoutreach. Requirements for civil registration (Report of Birth, Report of Marriage, Report of Death, Marriage License/LCCM, Travel Document) and notarial (Special Power of Attorney, Affidavit, Certification, Dual Citizenship, Embassy ID) services may be obtained at http://www.philembassy-seoul.com/consular.asp. Release will be done at the Embassy in Seoul or by delivery.

3. For transactions related to OWWA membership, please bring valid passport, contract and Alien Registration Card (original and photocopy). For requirements for contract verification, please send an email to southkorea@owwa.gov.ph for pre-evaluation of documents.

4. For Pag-IBIG membership including new and reactivation of accounts, MP2 savings registration and updating of records, please bring your valid passport.
