ADVISORY: OFFICIAL CHANNELS TO REQUEST FOR ASSISTANCE


The Philippine Embassy in Seoul wishes to inform the Filipino community in South Korea of the following official communication channels for our kababayan (regardless of visa status) who have concerns related to the COVID-19 (new coronavirus).

I. Those who require immediate help, please text or call our Assistance to Nationals (ATN) hotline at 010-9263-8119.

II. Those who wish to convey their requests for assistance, you may send an email to help@philembassy-seoul.com. Please include the following information:

• Full name
• Address/location
• Contact number
• Assistance requested

The Philippine Embassy is doing its utmost to source the most requested products (face masks and sanitizers) as soon as possible but is facing challenges due to supply shortage. We will coordinate with community leaders and employers in the most affected areas in distributing supplies as soon as these are available.

If you are experiencing symptoms of the COVID-19 (new coronavirus), please call immediately the Korea Center for Disease Control and Prevention (KCDC) at 1339. END.
