Passport applicants need to secure or arrange an appointment schedule online by logging on to http://www.philembassy-seoul.com and clicking on the online appointment system link. For those who do not have access to the internet may also call 010-9385-0535 and wait for confirmation on the next business day. This service is free of charge. Passport applicants who do not have an appointment may be entertained on a case-by-case basis, and depending on the volume of clients, but they will have to wait until those with prior appointment have been served.
