ADVISORY ON EMERGENCY PASSPORTS OF NATIONALS WITH VISA-FREE ENTRY PRIVILEGE


The Embassy of the Republic of the Philippines informs the public that under Foreign Service Circular No. 91-13 dated 30 May 2013, foreign nationals from countries with visa waiver agreements with the Philippines, including the Republic of Korea, (see full list under item 15 in http://www.philembassy-seoul.com/visa.asp) who are holding emergency passports as a replacement for their lost, stolen or expired passports, may be allowed entry into the Philippines without visas, provided that (a) the said emergency passport is valid for six (6) months, and (b) a valid return or onward ticket is presented.END
