ADVISORY ON THE EXTENSION OF ACCREDITATION OF POLL WATCHERS, MEDIA ENTITIES, ELECTION OBSERVERS AND CIVIL SOCIETY VOLUNTEERS ON THE CONDUCT OF OVERSEAS VOTING FOR THE 2022 PH NATIONAL ELECTIONS IN SOUTH KOREA


Further to the Philippine Embassy's Advisory Nos. AD-MTD-040522-31 (http://www.philembassy-seoul.com/ann_details.asp?id=12874) dated 5 April 2022 and AD-MTD-040922-33 (http://www.philembassy-seoul.com/ann_details.asp?id=12879) dated 9 April 2022, the Philippine Embassy in Seoul informs the public per the advice of the COMELEC, it will continue to accept applications for accreditation from poll watchers, media entities, election observers and civil society partners, in the interest of transparency.

The public is further informed that any violations of the prescribed Rules of Conduct in Sections 14 and 15 of the COMELEC Resolution N0. 10776 (disruptive behavior, non-professional conduct, etc.) shall be grounds for revocation of accreditation.
