ADVISORY: Vaccination for Children 12 Years and Above in Korea


The Philippine Embassy in Seoul is pleased to inform our Filipino nationals residing in the Republic of Korea that anyone over 12 years of age is eligible for free Covid-19 vaccination. To get more information or to schedule an appointment, you may contact the following:

1. the Korea Disease Control and Prevention Agency (KCDA) helpline telephone number 1339
2. KDCA vaccination reservation at the website address ncvr.kdca.go.kr
3. any local public health centers
4. Ministry of Justice helpline telephone number 1345

Overseas Voting ADVISORY: Notice of RERB Hearing on 20 July

Please be notified that the Resident Election Registration Board (RERB) of the Philippine Embassy in Seoul, South Korea will convene at 2F Conference Room, Philippine Embassy on 20 July 2026 at 10:00 A.M. to hear the applications for registration, certification, reactivation, correction of entries or change of name, change of address, transfer, recapture and other types of applications filed with the Post from  01 April 2026 - 30 June 2026.

ADVISORY: DOWNLOAD YOUR PH DIGITAL NATIONAL ID

The Philippine Embassy in Seoul informs the Filipino community in the Republic of Korea that the Philippine Digital National ID is available for Download. Eligible Filipinos residing in the Republic of Korea are encouraged to download their Philippine Digital National ID for easier access to a valid proof of Identity in the Philippines whenever needed.  Simply scan the QR code in the advisory to access the official step-by-step video guide on how to download your PH Digital National ID.  For more information, please refer to the succeeding pages of the advisory.

ACCEPTANCE AND VALIDATION OF DIGITAL PHILIPPINE STATISTICS AUTHORITY E-CERTIFICATE APPLICATIONS

The Philippine Embassy in Seoul informs the public that the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) launched its digital PSA certificates, also known as E-Certificates, as part of its continuing efforts toward digital transformation, enhanced data privacy and security, and the promotion of convenient access to vital civil registry documents. These E-certificates currently cover civil registry documents on Birth, Marriage, Death, Certificates of No Marriage Record (CENOMAR) and Advisory on Marriages, and Certificates of No Death Record and Advisory on Death.
