CHORALE AUDITION TO PERFORM FOR THE 70th ANNIVERSARY OF DIPLOMATIC RELATIONS BETWEEN THE PHILIPPINES AND KOREA


The Philippine Embassy in Seoul wishes to inform the Filipino public that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) of the Republic of Korea is holding an audition for Filipinos or those of Filipino-Korean descent to be part of the chorale that will be performing in commemorative events that will be held in Cebu and in South Korea in celebration of the 70th Anniversary of the Establishment of Diplomatic Relations between the Philippines and Korea.

Applicants must be:



- 13 to 16 years old
- Currently residing in South Korea

Audition Piece:

- Free choice of music (Classical, K-pop, Jazz, etc.)

Requirements:

- Cover letter
- Resume with photo (name, age, gender, contact number of both participant and guardian
- Short profile
- Singing video link (Youtube, Vimeo, etc.)

Applicants are requested to submit the above requirements to email address: kmy@dominant.co.kr on or before 29 July 2019.

Roundtrip airfare from Korea to the Philippines, accommodation, food and transportation expenses (Cebu only) will be covered by the South Korean government.

The chorale will be performing in Cebu on the first week of October 2019 and in South Korea on 29 October 2019.

LAUNCH OF FULLY DIGITAL APOSTILLE FOR PSA E-CERTIFICATES AND CHED E-CAVS

The Philippine Embassy in Seoul informs the public of the Official Launch of the Fully Digital Apostille (eApostille) for Philippine Statistics Authority electronic Certificates (PSA eCertificates) and Commission on Higher Education electronic Certification, Authentication, and Verification (CHED eCAVs) at the Department of Foreign Affairs in Manila, Philippines, on 16 March 2026. This initiative is part of the Philippines’ continuing implementation of the electronic Apostille Program (e-APP) of the HCCH aimed at facilitating the secure electronic issuance and verification of Apostilles and promoting the efficient cross-border use of public documents among Contracting Parties to the Apostille Convention.  The following arrangements for the issuance of Apostilles for PSA eCertificates, covering civil registry documents, and CHED eCAVs, covering academic documents, were implemented starting 16 March 2026:
