DFA Online Passport Appointment


Starting 31 December 2021, all appointments in the Philippine Embassy in Seoul for passport application and renewal will only be made through the Department of Foreign Affairs-Philippines (DFA) Global Online Appointment System (GOAS). Please note that appointments for passport applications worldwide can only be made through the DFA GOAS system.

Passport applicants who are seniors, persons with disabilities (PWDs), pregnant women, and minors seven (7) years old and below with their parent/s do not need to apply for an appointment online.

Public Service Advisory from Pag-IBIG Fund and SSS-Seoul

The Philippine Embassy in Seoul informs the public that the Pag-IBIG Fund South Korea Member Services Desk and SSS–Seoul will be temporarily unable to accommodate walk-in clients on 25 January 2026 due to an official onsite service in Busan. Both services will resume regular operations on 26 January 2026.
