DFA Requirement for an Appointment Schedule for Applicants of New and Renewal Passports


With the transfer of the Office of Consular Affairs (OCA) to its new site at the ASEAN Business Park, please be informed that applications for new and renewal passports are now on an appointment basis. The new office is at corner Bradco St and Macapagal Avenue (near Mall of Asia).

To be assured of service at the appointed day and time, individual applicants are advised to log in at www.passport.com.ph or call the following numbers: 831-8971; 551-4437; 551-4402; 834-4424; 836-7760; 836-7748; 836-7750 or 834-4835. Other contact information are posted in www.dfa.gov.ph. In case applicants encounter problems connecting with the given websites, they can use the following e-mail address: scheduler-appointment.net. This email address is intended for applicants applying through travel agencies, but can also be open for use in such situations. Foreign Service Posts and Regional Consular Offices are requested to disseminate these information on the above procedures to the Filipino communities in their areas of jurisdiction, for those filing passport applications at the new OCA office. Passport fees are as follows: Regular Processing - 20 days Php 950.00 Express Processing - 10 days Php 1,200.00 Lost Passport (Additional fee) Php 200.00 It might be emphasized that there is no need for a photo to be submitted as that will be taken by machines during the enrolment and data capturing process. Applicants should be advised to be at OCA at least thirty (30) minutes before their appointed time. There will be no processing without an appointment, so that orderly queues can be maintained.

LAUNCH OF FULLY DIGITAL APOSTILLE FOR PSA E-CERTIFICATES AND CHED E-CAVS

The Philippine Embassy in Seoul informs the public of the Official Launch of the Fully Digital Apostille (eApostille) for Philippine Statistics Authority electronic Certificates (PSA eCertificates) and Commission on Higher Education electronic Certification, Authentication, and Verification (CHED eCAVs) at the Department of Foreign Affairs in Manila, Philippines, on 16 March 2026. This initiative is part of the Philippines’ continuing implementation of the electronic Apostille Program (e-APP) of the HCCH aimed at facilitating the secure electronic issuance and verification of Apostilles and promoting the efficient cross-border use of public documents among Contracting Parties to the Apostille Convention.  The following arrangements for the issuance of Apostilles for PSA eCertificates, covering civil registry documents, and CHED eCAVs, covering academic documents, were implemented starting 16 March 2026:
