EMBASSY TEMPORARY OPERATING HOURS 01 June 2020 - 14 June 2020


The Philippine Embassy informs the public that in view of the the recent upsurge in the number of confirmed COVID-19 cases in Seoul and in the surrounding areas (Gyeonggi Province and Incheon) and the heightened social distancing measure recently imposed by the South Korean government on the aforementioned areas, from 01 June 2020 until 14 June 2020, the Embassy and POLO-OWWA Korea will only be open to provide services to the public from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm.

The Philippine Embassy and POLO-OWWA Korea will resume normal operations (Sunday to Thursday, 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.) on Monday, 15 June 2020.

The Embassy Emergency Hotline Number: 010-9635-2312 will temporarily be operational from Sunday to Thursday, 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. to assist clients with urgent queries or concerns on consular matters. Outside of regular office hours, the hotline number should only be contacted in cases of emergencies.

Further, all clients are required to wear masks within the Embassy premises in consideration of our kababayans who are availing of Embassy services. The Philippine Embassy requests the Filipino community in South Korea to exercise utmost care and vigilance at this time. END

Public Service Advisory from Pag-IBIG Fund and SSS-Seoul

The Philippine Embassy in Seoul informs the public that the Pag-IBIG Fund South Korea Member Services Desk and SSS–Seoul will be temporarily unable to accommodate walk-in clients on 25 January 2026 due to an official onsite service in Busan. Both services will resume regular operations on 26 January 2026.
