FIELD VOTING IN DAEGU FOR THE 2022 PHILIPPINE NATIONAL ELECTIONS


With reference to the Philippine Embassy Advisory No. AD-MTD-041122-36 dated 10 April 2022, Filipino Overseas Voters are reminded that the Field Voting in Daegu for the 2022 Philippine National Elections will be held on:

29 April 2022, Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and

30 April 2022, Saturday, 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon

The venue of said Field Voting will be at:

Plaza Hall, 5F, Grand Daegu Hotel,
305 Dongdaegu-ro, Suseong-gu, Daegu

Following are the steps during the conduct of field voting in Daegu


Before voting: Please check if your name is on the Certified List of Overseas Voters available at the Plaza Hall, 5F, Grand Daegu Hotel or at https://comelec.gov.ph/php-tpls-attachments/OverseasVoting/2022NLE/CLOV/ASIA_PAC/SEOUL.pdf and for seafarers https://comelec.gov.ph/php-tpls-attachments/OverseasVoting/2022NLE/CLOV/SEAFARERS_CLOV.pdf

What to bring: To facilitate the verification of your identity, present a copy of your Philippine Passport, ARC, Identification Certificate (for dual citizens), Seaman's Book (for seafarers), or other valid IDs with Photo and Signature, to the Special Board of Election Inspectors (SBEI).

During voting: Please observe the rules in the polling place and follow the instructions for voters carefully to ensure safe and orderly voting. Do not hesitate to ask for assistance from any member of the SBEI, if needed.

LAUNCH OF FULLY DIGITAL APOSTILLE FOR PSA E-CERTIFICATES AND CHED E-CAVS

The Philippine Embassy in Seoul informs the public of the Official Launch of the Fully Digital Apostille (eApostille) for Philippine Statistics Authority electronic Certificates (PSA eCertificates) and Commission on Higher Education electronic Certification, Authentication, and Verification (CHED eCAVs) at the Department of Foreign Affairs in Manila, Philippines, on 16 March 2026. This initiative is part of the Philippines’ continuing implementation of the electronic Apostille Program (e-APP) of the HCCH aimed at facilitating the secure electronic issuance and verification of Apostilles and promoting the efficient cross-border use of public documents among Contracting Parties to the Apostille Convention.  The following arrangements for the issuance of Apostilles for PSA eCertificates, covering civil registry documents, and CHED eCAVs, covering academic documents, were implemented starting 16 March 2026:
