FILING PERIOD FOR MANIFESTATION TO VOTE IN ANOTHER POST WITH PERSONAL MODE OF VOTING


The Philippine Embassy in Seoul wishes to remind the Filipino public in South Korea that the filing period for the Manifestation to Vote in Another Post (MIVAP) with Personal Mode of Voting is from 10 to 30 April 2022 only.

As previously announced, active and qualified registered Overseas Voters whose registration currently falls within the jurisdiction of Philippine Embassies or Consulates General in other countries may be allowed to vote at the Philippine Embassy in Seoul, or at its field voting site in Daegu. However, they must file a MIVAP, which can be done via email at overseasvoting@philembassy-seoul.com, to undergo a verification and approval process.
