GUIDELINES ON EMBASSY APPOINTMENTS AND SERVICES DURING LEVEL 4 SOCIAL DISTANCING IN SEOUL

The Philippine Embassy in Seoul (including POLO-OWWA) wishes to inform the public that starting Monday, 12 July 2021 and until further notice, the following additional safety measures will be implemented in observance of the Level 4 Social Distancing Protocols implemented by the Korean authorities:

- The Embassy operating hours will remain the same: from 10 am to 3 pm, Sunday to Thursday.

- All existing appointments for services are still valid and will be accepted.
- Visa applications continue to be on walk-in basis.
- Walk-in applications for other consular services (passports, notarials, civil registries) are still not accepted and will not be entertained.
- To avoid crowding inside the Embassy's Consular Section, applicants will only be allowed entry into the Embassy premises 10 minutes before their scheduled appointments.
- Those who are already finished with their application will not be allowed to wait inside the Embassy premises for their friends and/or companions. They will be required to leave the Embassy to make way for other applicants.
- Only the applicant/s will be allowed inside the Embassy during their appointment. Please refrain from bringing along companions as they will not be allowed entry.

Those with consular concerns may send an email to consular@philembassy-seoul.com. Members of the Filipino Community who have emergencies may contact the Assistance-to-Nationals (ATN) section via mobile number 010-926-8119, POLO Seoul at 010-6591-6290 and OWWA at 010-7358-5841.

Additionally, all kababayans are requested to strictly observe the South Korean Government's regulations by wearing face masks in public and taking all necessary precautions by avoiding crowds, gatherings, and interactions with people exhibiting COVID-19 symptoms.

Thank you for your usual cooperation and compliance. END
