Hiring of Project Term Personnel (PTP) as Online Voting and Counting System (OVCS) Support Staff

The Philippine Embassy in Seoul is now accepting applications for the position of Project Term Personnel (PTP) who will serve as an Online Voting and Counting System (OVCS) Support Staff in connection with the overseas voting for the May 2024 Philippine National elections. The detailed job description, required qualifications and skills for the position are enumerated as follows:

 TITLE: Project Term Personnel (PTP) as Online Voting and Counting System (OVCS) Support Staff

 JOB DESCRIPTION:

 ●        Assist in queueing overseas online voters (OOVs) enrolling and voting at the designated OV kiosk in the Embassy and during field or mobile voting activities;

●        Manage crowd control at the Embassy’s designated voting and counting area;

●        Assist the Special Board of Electoral Inspectors (SBEIs) in the following:

o   Prepare materials and equipment for online overseas voting

o   Answer queries regarding online overseas voting

o   Generation and printing of required reports

●        Perform other tasks that may be required in relation to Overseas Voting.

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

 ●         Open to Filipino citizens who are of good moral character

●         Must have at least a bachelor’s degree

●         Must have good oral and written English

●         Must be computer literate

 

REQUIRED SKILLS:

 ●         Good customer service skills 

●         Good interpersonal and communication skills

●         A team player capable of  showing initiative and working under pressure 

●         Ability to organize, coordinate and prioritize multiple tasks

The Philippine Embassy in Seoul informs the public of the Official Launch of the Fully Digital Apostille (eApostille) for Philippine Statistics Authority electronic Certificates (PSA eCertificates) and Commission on Higher Education electronic Certification, Authentication, and Verification (CHED eCAVs) at the Department of Foreign Affairs in Manila, Philippines, on 16 March 2026. This initiative is part of the Philippines’ continuing implementation of the electronic Apostille Program (e-APP) of the HCCH aimed at facilitating the secure electronic issuance and verification of Apostilles and promoting the efficient cross-border use of public documents among Contracting Parties to the Apostille Convention.  The following arrangements for the issuance of Apostilles for PSA eCertificates, covering civil registry documents, and CHED eCAVs, covering academic documents, were implemented starting 16 March 2026:
