HOLIDAY NOTICE FOR SEPTEMBER 2024

The public is advised that the Philippine Embassy in Seoul will be closed on:

16 September 2024 (Monday) - Chuseok (ROK)
17 September 2024 (Tuesday) - Chuseok (ROK)
18 September 2024 (Wednesday) - Chuseok (ROK)

Those who have confirmed appointments with the Consular Section of the Embassy on these dates may walk in -- without an appointment -- on any other date, between Sunday and Thursday, from 9:30 am to 4:30 pm, during the month of September 2024.

ACCEPTANCE AND VALIDATION OF DIGITAL PHILIPPINE STATISTICS AUTHORITY E-CERTIFICATE APPLICATIONS

The Philippine Embassy in Seoul informs the public that the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) launched its digital PSA certificates, also known as E-Certificates, as part of its continuing efforts toward digital transformation, enhanced data privacy and security, and the promotion of convenient access to vital civil registry documents. These E-certificates currently cover civil registry documents on Birth, Marriage, Death, Certificates of No Marriage Record (CENOMAR) and Advisory on Marriages, and Certificates of No Death Record and Advisory on Death.
