IMMIGRANT VISAS TO BE GRANTED TO KOREAN NATIONALSvagifem erfaringer zholdbarhed.site vagifem 10


The Bureau of Immigration of the Republic of the Philippines may now grant the following immigrant visas to Korean nationals:

• Quota Immigrant Visa under Section 13 of Commonwealth Act No. 613, as amended, to a Korean national who has investments in the Philippines or possesses special qualifications; and, • Non-quota Immigrant Visa under Section 13 (a) of the Commonwealth Act No. 613, as amended, to a Korean national who is legally married to a Filipino citizen and their unmarried children under 21 years of age, if accompanying or following to join such citizen. The same Circular further provides the processes by which Korean nationals who are holders of valid Permanent Residence visa under Memorandum Order No. MCL-08-003 dated 29 January 2008 may adjust their immigration status in order to maintain their authorized stay in the Philippines.
