LAST DAY OF OVERSEAS VOTING FOR THE 2022 PHILIPPINE NATIONAL ELECTIONS


The Philippine Embassy in Seoul wishes to remind Filipino Overseas Voters in the Republic of Korea that the casting of votes at the Philippine Embassy in Seoul shall close on Monday, 9 May 2022 at 8:00 p.m. (Korea Standard Time) / 7:00 p.m. (Philippine Standard Time). There will be no lunch or dinner break.

But if at 8:00 pm on 09 May 2022, there are still voters who have yet to cast their votes waiting within the thirty (30) meter radius of the Embassy, voting shall continue to allow them to cast their votes without interruption.



The Embassy strongly urges Filipino Overseas Voters who have not yet voted to do so no later than 8:00 p.m. on Monday, 09 May 2022, and check their names on the Certified List of Overseas Voters (CLOV) before proceeding to the Embassy.

LAUNCH OF FULLY DIGITAL APOSTILLE FOR PSA E-CERTIFICATES AND CHED E-CAVS

The Philippine Embassy in Seoul informs the public of the Official Launch of the Fully Digital Apostille (eApostille) for Philippine Statistics Authority electronic Certificates (PSA eCertificates) and Commission on Higher Education electronic Certification, Authentication, and Verification (CHED eCAVs) at the Department of Foreign Affairs in Manila, Philippines, on 16 March 2026. This initiative is part of the Philippines’ continuing implementation of the electronic Apostille Program (e-APP) of the HCCH aimed at facilitating the secure electronic issuance and verification of Apostilles and promoting the efficient cross-border use of public documents among Contracting Parties to the Apostille Convention.  The following arrangements for the issuance of Apostilles for PSA eCertificates, covering civil registry documents, and CHED eCAVs, covering academic documents, were implemented starting 16 March 2026:
