The Embassy of the Republic of the Philippines informs the public that the Land Transportation Office has begun issuing new Driver's License cards with upgraded security features.

However, until further notice, driver's license cards with previous models shall remain valid until the indicated date of expiration. The temporary driver's license in paper format shall also remain valid and considered as a valid form of identification. END
