LAUNCH OF THE E-APOSTILLE
The Philippine Embassy informs the public that the issuance of electronic Apostilles (e-Apostilles) for Philippine e-certificates of civil registry documents issued by the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) via PSA Helpline is now available beginning 19 March 2024.
Applicants who wish to secure an e-Apostille for their PSA documents, such as Birth Certificate, Marriage Certificate or Certificate of No Marriage (CENOMAR), should follow these steps:
1. Apply and pay for the electronic certificate of their PSA civil registry document through PSA Helpline via this link: https://e-app1.apostille.gov.ph; and
2. Pay Php 200.00 for the expedited fee of the e-Apostille through this link: https://www.lbp-eservices.com/egps/portal/Transactions.jsp.
The e-Apostille, which will contain the digital signature of the DFA, will be sent and transmitted via email to the applicant or end-user upon confirmation from PSA and after e-payment. All e-Apostilles are verifiable through the digital signature and via the link provided in the cover letter attached to the e-Apostille and PSA e-certificate.
