LET'S VOTE FOR VIGAN TO BE PART OF THE NEW SEVEN WONDER CITIES OF THE WORLD!


All Filipinos living in Korea and our Korean friends are encouraged to support the city of Vigan to make its spot in the New Seven Wonder Cities of the World.

The Heritage City of Vigan, after the recently concluded elimination round, qualified to be among the Top 21 Finalists of the search. To make it to the Finals, Vigan needs to qualify in two (2) more elimination rounds. The dates for the second eliminations will run from 7 July to 7 October and the third round from 7 October to 7 December. At each round, the scores are reset back to zero. All Filipinos and our Korean friends are encouraged to vote online by logging in at www.new7wonders.com/en/cities or through SMS be keying in the word VIGAN and sending it to 29290777. The New Seven Wonders Foundation is the same foundation that brought prestige to Puerto Princesa City’s Underground River. It is looking for city wonders that aim to inspire and create awareness on the beauty of the worls and to celebrate the seven symbols of unity that respect and honor the cultural diversity of the earth. The first two chapters of New7Wonders, the New 7 Wonders of the World and the New7Wonders of Nature, are the successful and world’s first-ever global election campaigns. To date, over 600 million votes have been cast by citizens worldwide using digital communications technologies. The Foundation is based in Zurich, Switzerland.
