MAHALAGANG PAALALA TUNGKOL SA CONSULAR SERVICES AT PAG-IINGAT SA COVID-19


Dahil sa patuloy na pagdami ng kaso ng COVID-19 sa Seoul at mga kalapit na lugar, narito ang ilang paalala mula sa Pasuguan ng Pilipinas:

Digital Thermal Imaging Scanner sa lobby ng Pasuguan ng Republika ng Pilipinas1. Ang mga taong may transaksyon lamang ang maaaring pumasok sa loob ng Embahada at hindi na kinakailangang magsama pa ng iba (kaibigan man o kamag-anak), maliban na lamang kung sila ay kasama ng: (1) aplikanteng menor de edad, o (2) mga taong may kapansanan o persons with disability (PWD).



2. Para sa kapakanan ng nakararami, lahat ng aplikante ay kinakailangang magsuot ng face mask sa loob ng Embahada.

3. Lahat ng aplikante ay kinakailangang dumaan sa digital thermal imaging scanner sa lobby bago magpatuloy sa loob ng Embahada. Ang mga aplikanteng may temperatura na 37.5째Celcius pataas ay hindi maaaring magpatuloy.

4. Kung kayo ay nakakaramdam ng mga sintomas ng COVID-19, kaagad na magpa-test sa pinakamalapit na Testing Center sa inyong lugar.

Ang Embahada ay bukas mula Linggo hanggang Huwebes, mula 10:00 ng umaga hanggang 12:00 ng tanghali at mula 1:00 ng hapon hanggang 3:00 ng hapon.

Umaasa ang Pasuguan ng Pilipinas sa inyong pag-unawa at pakikipagtulungan.

LAUNCH OF FULLY DIGITAL APOSTILLE FOR PSA E-CERTIFICATES AND CHED E-CAVS

The Philippine Embassy in Seoul informs the public of the Official Launch of the Fully Digital Apostille (eApostille) for Philippine Statistics Authority electronic Certificates (PSA eCertificates) and Commission on Higher Education electronic Certification, Authentication, and Verification (CHED eCAVs) at the Department of Foreign Affairs in Manila, Philippines, on 16 March 2026. This initiative is part of the Philippines’ continuing implementation of the electronic Apostille Program (e-APP) of the HCCH aimed at facilitating the secure electronic issuance and verification of Apostilles and promoting the efficient cross-border use of public documents among Contracting Parties to the Apostille Convention.  The following arrangements for the issuance of Apostilles for PSA eCertificates, covering civil registry documents, and CHED eCAVs, covering academic documents, were implemented starting 16 March 2026:
