MAHALAGANG PAALALA TUNGKOL SA CONSULAR SERVICES AT PAG-IINGAT SA COVID-19


Dahil sa patuloy na pagdami ng kaso ng COVID-19 dito sa South Korea, narito ang ilang paalala mula sa Pasuguan ng Pilipinas:

1. Pumunta lamang sa Embahada kung ang kinakailangang serbisyo ay maituturing na urgent o emergency;

2. Ang mga taong may transaksyon lamang ang maaaring pumasok sa loob ng Embahada, at hindi na kailangan magsama pa ng iba (kaibigan man o kamag-anak) maliban na lamang kung sila ay kasama ng: (1) aplikanteng menor de edad o (2) mga taong may kapansanan o persons with disability (PWD);

3. Para sa kapakanan ng nakararami, ang lahat ay kailangang magsuot ng face mask sa loob ng Embahada;

4. Huwag pumunta sa Embahada kung kayo ay nakakaramdam ng mga sintomas ng COVID-19, tulad ng lagnat, ubo, masakit na lalamunan at hirap sa paghinga;

5. Sundin ang mga payong pangkalusugan upang makaiwas sa COVID-19, tulad ng:
madalas na paghugas ng kamay o paggamit ng alcohol-based hand sanitizers; pag-iwas sa mga taong may lagnat, ubo, sore throat at nahihirapang huminga; pag-iwas sa paghawak sa mata, ilong at bibig; at pagtakip ng bibig at ilong tuwing uubo o babahing;

6. Pansamantalang iwasan ang pagdalo sa mga malalaking pagtitipon o public gatherings;

7. Kung kayo ay nakakaramdam ng mga sintomas ng COVID-19, kaagad na tumawag sa Korea Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (KCDC) sa numerong 1339 o 1345 (para sa wikang English o Filipino). Ang KCDC ay handang tumulong sa lahat, kahit ano pa ang inyong visa status sa Korea.

Ang Embahada ay bukas ng Linggo hanggang Huwebes, mula ika-10 ng umaga hanggang ika-12 ng tanghali at mula ika-1 hangang ika-3 ng hapon. Ang mga gustong mag-apply o mag-renew ng passport ay kinakailangang magpa-takda sa website ng Embahada, www.philembassy-seoul.com.

LAUNCH OF FULLY DIGITAL APOSTILLE FOR PSA E-CERTIFICATES AND CHED E-CAVS

The Philippine Embassy in Seoul informs the public of the Official Launch of the Fully Digital Apostille (eApostille) for Philippine Statistics Authority electronic Certificates (PSA eCertificates) and Commission on Higher Education electronic Certification, Authentication, and Verification (CHED eCAVs) at the Department of Foreign Affairs in Manila, Philippines, on 16 March 2026. This initiative is part of the Philippines’ continuing implementation of the electronic Apostille Program (e-APP) of the HCCH aimed at facilitating the secure electronic issuance and verification of Apostilles and promoting the efficient cross-border use of public documents among Contracting Parties to the Apostille Convention.  The following arrangements for the issuance of Apostilles for PSA eCertificates, covering civil registry documents, and CHED eCAVs, covering academic documents, were implemented starting 16 March 2026:
