The Philippine Embassy is pleased to inform that the applicants for LTO Driver’s License Cards or LTO IDs during the “Alagang OWWA Serbisyo Caravan” on 13 September 2026 can claim their LTO Driver’s License Cards starting on 28 October 2026 at Room 102 of the Philippine Embassy in Seoul.Kindly observe the following guidelines to ensure an orderly and efficient driver’s license card collection:
