Sir,
Please be informed that upon recommendation of the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) of the Philippine Embassy, Seoul, as contained in its Resolution No. 17-2017 dated 26 October 2017, the Embassy is awarding to ADT CAPS the Contract for the installation of a security access control system on the front door of the Embassy and provision of maintenance services for the Embassy's security control access and alarm systems and biometric authentication, in the amount of KRW 100,000.00 for the installation and KRW 230,000.00 for the monthly charge, with the annual cost of Two Million Eight Hundred Sixty Thousand Korean won (KRW 2,860,000), including taxes and other lawful charges, subject to the signing of the Contract.

LAUNCH OF FULLY DIGITAL APOSTILLE FOR PSA E-CERTIFICATES AND CHED E-CAVS

The Philippine Embassy in Seoul informs the public of the Official Launch of the Fully Digital Apostille (eApostille) for Philippine Statistics Authority electronic Certificates (PSA eCertificates) and Commission on Higher Education electronic Certification, Authentication, and Verification (CHED eCAVs) at the Department of Foreign Affairs in Manila, Philippines, on 16 March 2026. This initiative is part of the Philippines’ continuing implementation of the electronic Apostille Program (e-APP) of the HCCH aimed at facilitating the secure electronic issuance and verification of Apostilles and promoting the efficient cross-border use of public documents among Contracting Parties to the Apostille Convention.  The following arrangements for the issuance of Apostilles for PSA eCertificates, covering civil registry documents, and CHED eCAVs, covering academic documents, were implemented starting 16 March 2026:
