NOTICE OF AWARD TO BEST PLUS FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF THE PH EMBASSY'S OFFICE SUPPLIES

Dear Mr. Hong,

Please be informed that, upon the recommendation of the Bids and Awards Committee of Philippine Embassy Seoul as contained in its Resolution No. 05 - 2019 dated 10 July 2019, the Embassy is awarding the procurement of its Office Supplies and Materials to Best Plus. The contract is valid for twelve (12) months.

The Embassy will pay the Company based on the Purchase Request and Purchase Order and the actual delivery of supplies indicated in the Technical Specification.

Should you agree with the award of contract, please acknowledge receipt and acceptance of this notice by signing at the portion provided below.
