NOTICE OF AWARD TO FOREST SOLUTION FOR 1 YEAR LEASE CONTRACT OF MULTI-FUNCTIONAL PHOTOCOPYING MACHINE FOR THE OFFICIAL USE OF THE EMBASSY

Please be informed that upon recommendation of the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) of the Philippine Embassy in Seoul, as contained in Resolution No. 10-2024 dated 02 April 2023, the Embassy is awarding the contract to FOREST SOLUTION for the one (1) year lease contract of multi-functional photocopying machine for the official use of the Embassy.

ACCEPTANCE AND VALIDATION OF DIGITAL PHILIPPINE STATISTICS AUTHORITY E-CERTIFICATE APPLICATIONS

The Philippine Embassy in Seoul informs the public that the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) launched its digital PSA certificates, also known as E-Certificates, as part of its continuing efforts toward digital transformation, enhanced data privacy and security, and the promotion of convenient access to vital civil registry documents. These E-certificates currently cover civil registry documents on Birth, Marriage, Death, Certificates of No Marriage Record (CENOMAR) and Advisory on Marriages, and Certificates of No Death Record and Advisory on Death.
