NOTICE OF AWARD TO SECRETARY DELIA DOMINGO ALBERT AS RESOURCE SPEAKER FOR THE EMBASSY-ORGANIZED SEMINAR ENTITLED

Dear Secretary Albert,

May I respectfully inform you, Ma'am, that upon the recommendation of the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) of the Philippine Embassy, Seoul, as contained in its Resolution No. 11-2024 dated 10 April 2024, the Embassy is hereby granting you an honorarium in the amount of Two Thousand Five Hundred US Dollars ($2,500.00) only, inclusive of taxes and other lawful charges, for serving as a resource speaker during the Embassy-organized seminar entitled "Building Global Networks for Women in Diplomacy and International Relations".

This Notice is issued in accordance with the requirements of RA No. 9184, otherwise known as the "Philippine Government Procurement Act of 2003".
