NOTICE OF AWARD TO THE CHOCOLATE CHAMBER (TCC) FOR PAYMENT OF PROFESSIONAL TECHNICAL REPRESENTATION EXPENSES

Dear Ms. Choa,

Please be informed that, upon the recommendation of the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) of the Philippine Embassy, Seoul, as contained in its Resolution No. No. 54-2024 dated 30 June 2024, the Embassy is hereby granting the payment of professional technical representation expenses to THE CHOCOLATE CHAMBER (TCC) in the amount of Four Thousand Dollars ($ 4,000.00) only, inclusive of taxes and other lawful charges, for the talent fees of the TCC team composed of five (5) persons in the preparation, exhibition, demonstration and conclusion of various chocolate events from 06 to 10 July 2024.

This Notice is issued in accordance with the requirements of RA No. 9184, otherwise known as the "Philippine Government Procurement Act of 2003".
