NOTICE OF AWARD TO THE NATIONAL MUSEUM OF MODERN AND CONTEMPORARY ART FOUNDATION, KOREA THE PAYMENT OF PROFESSIONAL TECHNICAL REPRESENTATION EXPENSES

Dear Mr. Kang,

Please be informed that, upon the recommendation of the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) of the Philippine Embassy, Seoul, as contained in its Resolution No. No. 65-2024 dated 28 August 2024, the Embassy is hereby granting the payment of professional technical representation expenses to the NATIONAL MUSEUM OF MODERN AND CONTEMPORARY ART FOUNDATION, KOREA in the amount of Six Million Korean Won (KRW 6,000,000) only, inclusive of taxes and other lawful charges, for the arrangement of transportation and accommodation of Filipina artists, and the shipment, curation and installation of artworks for "Talking (Connecting) Bodies: Asian Women Artists Exhibition", which will run from 03 September 2024 until 03 March 2025.

This Notice is issued in accordance with the requirements of RA No. 9184, otherwise known as the "Philippine Government Procurement Act of 2003".

LAUNCH OF FULLY DIGITAL APOSTILLE FOR PSA E-CERTIFICATES AND CHED E-CAVS

The Philippine Embassy in Seoul informs the public of the Official Launch of the Fully Digital Apostille (eApostille) for Philippine Statistics Authority electronic Certificates (PSA eCertificates) and Commission on Higher Education electronic Certification, Authentication, and Verification (CHED eCAVs) at the Department of Foreign Affairs in Manila, Philippines, on 16 March 2026. This initiative is part of the Philippines’ continuing implementation of the electronic Apostille Program (e-APP) of the HCCH aimed at facilitating the secure electronic issuance and verification of Apostilles and promoting the efficient cross-border use of public documents among Contracting Parties to the Apostille Convention.  The following arrangements for the issuance of Apostilles for PSA eCertificates, covering civil registry documents, and CHED eCAVs, covering academic documents, were implemented starting 16 March 2026:
