NOTICE OF AWARD TO VMEME CONTEMPORARY ART GALLERY THE PAYMENT OF PROFESSIONAL TECHNICAL REPRESENTATION EXPENSES

Dear Ms. Esguerra,

Please be informed that, upon the recommendation of the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) of the Philippine Embassy, Seoul, as contained in its Resolution No. No. 64-2024 dated 22 August 2024, the Embassy is hereby granting the payment of professional technical representation expenses to VMEME CONTEMPORARY ART GALLERY in the amount of Eight Thousand Six Hundred Fifty Dollas ($ 8,650.00) only, inclusive of taxes and other lawful charges, for the professional fees of the vMeme Contemporary Art Gallery team composed of twelve (12) persons in the preparation, administrative arrangements, curation and installation of the artworks for the 15th Gwangju Biennale and ASEAN Pavilion 2024, which will run from 07 September until 01 December 2024.

This Notice is issued in accordance with the requirements of RA No. 9184, otherwise known as the "Philippine Government Procurement Act of 2003".

LAUNCH OF FULLY DIGITAL APOSTILLE FOR PSA E-CERTIFICATES AND CHED E-CAVS

The Philippine Embassy in Seoul informs the public of the Official Launch of the Fully Digital Apostille (eApostille) for Philippine Statistics Authority electronic Certificates (PSA eCertificates) and Commission on Higher Education electronic Certification, Authentication, and Verification (CHED eCAVs) at the Department of Foreign Affairs in Manila, Philippines, on 16 March 2026. This initiative is part of the Philippines’ continuing implementation of the electronic Apostille Program (e-APP) of the HCCH aimed at facilitating the secure electronic issuance and verification of Apostilles and promoting the efficient cross-border use of public documents among Contracting Parties to the Apostille Convention.  The following arrangements for the issuance of Apostilles for PSA eCertificates, covering civil registry documents, and CHED eCAVs, covering academic documents, were implemented starting 16 March 2026:
