NOTICE on ACCEPTANCE OF VISA APPLICATIONS


Due to the expected volume of applicants for the winter season, effective Tuesday, 02 November 2010 until end of February 2011, visa processing will take 10 working days upon receipt of the individual application by the Embassy.

Application for visa and authentication will be accepted from 09:00 to 11:30 with limit of 45 applicants per day. Each applicant will be limited to maximum of 10 visa applications. Travel agencies and language institutes are limited to 10 applicants per day. 겨울철 비자 신청의 증가로 인해 2010년 11월 2일부터 2011년 2월까지 비자신청은 신청일로부터 10일의 근무일이 소요됩니다. 비자 신청과 공증은 09:00부터 11:30분까지 접수되오나 1일 45명으로 제한되오니 참고하시기 바랍니다. 또한 1인당 최대 10명의 비자신청이 가능하오며, 각 여행사와 어학원 역시 하루 비자 신청인이 10명으로 제한됨을 알려드립니다.

Public Service Advisory from Pag-IBIG Fund and SSS-Seoul

The Philippine Embassy in Seoul informs the public that the Pag-IBIG Fund South Korea Member Services Desk and SSS–Seoul will be temporarily unable to accommodate walk-in clients on 25 January 2026 due to an official onsite service in Busan. Both services will resume regular operations on 26 January 2026.
