NOTICE ON THE CONVENING OF THE SPECIAL BOARD OF CANVASSERS OF EMBASSY OF THE PHILIPPINES IN SEOUL ON MAY 09, 2022


TO: Members of the Special Board of Canvassers All Candidates for President, Vice President, Senator, All Political Parties, and All Party Lists, Office of Overseas Voting (OFOV) COMELEC

Sir/Madam:



Pursuant to the provision of the Omnibus Election Code and Section 14 of COMELEC Resolution No. 10753 promulgated on 12 January 2022, NOTICE is hereby given that the Special Board of Canvassers of Embassy of the Philippines in Seoul shall convene on May 09, 2022, 8:00 o'clock in the evening, Korea Standard Time (May 09, 2022, 7:00 o'clock in the evening Philippine time) at the 2F Sentro Rizal Hall, Philippine Embassy in Korea to receive the election returns from the Special Board of Election Inspectors and to immediately canvass those that have already been received.

The Board shall meet continuously from day to day until the canvass is completed, and will adjourn only for the purpose of awaiting other election returns.

Please be guided accordingly.

LAUNCH OF FULLY DIGITAL APOSTILLE FOR PSA E-CERTIFICATES AND CHED E-CAVS

The Philippine Embassy in Seoul informs the public of the Official Launch of the Fully Digital Apostille (eApostille) for Philippine Statistics Authority electronic Certificates (PSA eCertificates) and Commission on Higher Education electronic Certification, Authentication, and Verification (CHED eCAVs) at the Department of Foreign Affairs in Manila, Philippines, on 16 March 2026. This initiative is part of the Philippines’ continuing implementation of the electronic Apostille Program (e-APP) of the HCCH aimed at facilitating the secure electronic issuance and verification of Apostilles and promoting the efficient cross-border use of public documents among Contracting Parties to the Apostille Convention.  The following arrangements for the issuance of Apostilles for PSA eCertificates, covering civil registry documents, and CHED eCAVs, covering academic documents, were implemented starting 16 March 2026:
