Please be informed that per Notice of Award dated 11 July 2017, issued by the Head of Procuring Entity, your company, Docu Solution, is hereby given this Notice to Proceed with the lease to the Philippine Embassy, Seoul, of one (1) colored and two (2) black and white multifunctional copying machines for the period of 12 months.

This Notice is issued in accordance with the requirements of Republic Act No. 9184, otherwise known as the Government Procurement Act of 2003.
