Please be informed that per Notice of Award dated 04 July 2018, issued by the Head of Procuring Entity, your company, RK Docu Solution, is hereby given this Notice to Proceed with the lease to the Philippine Embassy, Seoul, of Two (2) colored and Two (2) black & white multi-functional photocopying machines for the duration of One (1) year, upon the signing of Contract.
This Notice is issued in accordance with the requirements of Republic Act No. 9184, otherwise known as the Government Procurement Act of 2003.
