Please be informed that per Notice of Award dated 05 July 2018, issued by the Head of Procuring Entity, your company, E-RENCOM CO., is hereby given this Notice to Proceed with the lease to the Philippine Embassy, Seoul, of Twenty (20) Desktop Computers and One (1) Laptop Computer for the duration of One (1) year, upon the signing of Contract.
This Notice is issued in accordance with the requirements of Republic Act No. 9184, otherwise known as the Government Procurement Act of 2003.
