Please be informed that per Notice of Award dated 27 February 2024, issued by the Head of Procuring Entity, your company, ALL ABOUT RELATIONS, is hereby given this Notice to Proceed in connection with the procurement of contract for photo coverage during the launch of the 75th anniversary of the establishment of the diplomatic relations between the Republic of the Philippines and the Republic of Korea, upon signing of the Contract.

This Notice is issued in accordance with the requirements of Republic Act No. 9184, otherwise known as the Government Procurement Act of 2003.

The Philippine Embassy in Seoul informs the public that the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) launched its digital PSA certificates, also known as E-Certificates, as part of its continuing efforts toward digital transformation, enhanced data privacy and security, and the promotion of convenient access to vital civil registry documents. These E-certificates currently cover civil registry documents on Birth, Marriage, Death, Certificates of No Marriage Record (CENOMAR) and Advisory on Marriages, and Certificates of No Death Record and Advisory on Death.
