Please be informed that per Notice of Award dated 02 August 2021, issued by the Head of Procuring Entity, your company, FOREST SOLUTION, is hereby given this Notice to Proceed for the lease to the Philippine Embassy in Seoul of four (4) Multifunctional Photocopying Machines (two units of Canon digital color/mono multifunctional copier Model IR ADV C5535 and two units of Canon Mono black and white multifunctional copier Model IR2630) for the duration of 12 months, starting on 01 October 2021 until 30 September 2022, upon the signing of Contract.

This Notice is issued in accordance with the requirements of Republic Act No. 9184, otherwise known as the Government Procurement Act of 2003.
