Please be informed that per Notice of Award dated 02 August 2021, issued by the Head of Procuring Entity, your company, FOREST SOLUTION, is hereby given this Notice to Proceed for the lease to the Philippine Embassy in Seoul of one (1) Multifunctional Fax Machine (Model MC561 copy, print, scan and fax machine) for the duration of 12 months, starting on 01 September 2021 until 31 August 2022, upon the signing of Contract.

This Notice is issued in accordance with the requirements of Republic Act No. 9184, otherwise known as the Government Procurement Act of 2003.
