Please be informed that, pursuant to the Notice of Award dated 12 April 2024 issued by the BAC and Head of Procuring Entity, you are hereby given this Notice to Proceed in connection with the granting of honorarium for loan of artworks for the Embassy-organized art exhibition entitled "Interwoven Horizons: A Tapestry of Philippines-Korea Diplomatic Relations".

This Notice is issued in accordance with the requirements of Republic Act No. 9184, otherwise known as the Government Procurement Act of 2003.
