Please be informed that per Notice of Award dated 23 January 2024, issued by the Head of Procuring Entity, your company, RAKSO COMPUTER TECHNOLOGY INC., is hereby given this Notice to Proceed in connection with the annual maintenance of the Philippine Embassy's Official Website, upon signing of the Contract.

This Notice is issued in accordance with the requirements of Republic Act No. 9184, otherwise known as the Government Procurement Act of 2003.

ACCEPTANCE AND VALIDATION OF DIGITAL PHILIPPINE STATISTICS AUTHORITY E-CERTIFICATE APPLICATIONS

The Philippine Embassy in Seoul informs the public that the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) launched its digital PSA certificates, also known as E-Certificates, as part of its continuing efforts toward digital transformation, enhanced data privacy and security, and the promotion of convenient access to vital civil registry documents. These E-certificates currently cover civil registry documents on Birth, Marriage, Death, Certificates of No Marriage Record (CENOMAR) and Advisory on Marriages, and Certificates of No Death Record and Advisory on Death.
