Please be informed that, pursuant to the Notice of Award dated 01 July 2024 issued by the BAC and Head of Procuring Entity, you are hereby given this Notice to Proceed in connection with the granting of the payment for professional technical representation expenses to THE CHOCOLATE CHAMBER (TCC) for the talent fees of the TCC team composed of five (5) persons in the preparation, exhibition, demonstration and conclusion of various chocolate events from 06 to 10 July 2024.

This Notice is issued in accordance with the requirements of Republic Act No. 9184, otherwise known as the Government Procurement Act of 2003.
