NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC ON REPAIRS AND IMPROVEMENTS AT THE EMBASSY


The Philippine Embassy informs the public that it will be conducting much needed repairs and renovations in its premises. The Embassy appreciates the public's understanding and cooperation while the following temporary arrangements are made for the improved delivery of services:

1. The construction project is scheduled from 13 October to 31 December 2022. The Consular Section, as well as the Assistance to Nationals Section, will be temporarily moved to the 2nd Floor at the Sentro Rizal Hall.



2. The entrance and exit for transacting clients may be moved as the works progress. The public is advised to observe and check the signages directing them to the 2nd Floor, Sentro Rizal Hall.

3. Telephone lines will not be available on said dates due to re-wiring, but queries may be directed to the following mobile numbers and email addresses:

LAUNCH OF FULLY DIGITAL APOSTILLE FOR PSA E-CERTIFICATES AND CHED E-CAVS

The Philippine Embassy in Seoul informs the public of the Official Launch of the Fully Digital Apostille (eApostille) for Philippine Statistics Authority electronic Certificates (PSA eCertificates) and Commission on Higher Education electronic Certification, Authentication, and Verification (CHED eCAVs) at the Department of Foreign Affairs in Manila, Philippines, on 16 March 2026. This initiative is part of the Philippines’ continuing implementation of the electronic Apostille Program (e-APP) of the HCCH aimed at facilitating the secure electronic issuance and verification of Apostilles and promoting the efficient cross-border use of public documents among Contracting Parties to the Apostille Convention.  The following arrangements for the issuance of Apostilles for PSA eCertificates, covering civil registry documents, and CHED eCAVs, covering academic documents, were implemented starting 16 March 2026:

THE PHILIPPINE EMBASSY IN SEOUL PARTICIPATES IN THE OBSERVANCE OF THE 30TH GIRL CHILD WEEK, 22 -28 MARCH 2026

The Philippine Embassy in Seoul joins the celebration on the Protection and Gender-Fair Treatment of the Girl Child Week, or “Girl Child Week” from 22-28 March 2026. In accordance with Proclamation No. 759, March 6, 1996, the fourth week of March is celebrated as “Protection and Gender-Fair Treatment of the Girl Child Week”.  The observance also complements the annual National Women’s Month Celebration every March.
