NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC: SEOUL PE OFFERS "ONLINE BANK PAYMENT"

The Embassy of the Philippines in Seoul is pleased to announce that starting 01 May 2024 it will offer "ONLINE BANK PAYMENT" to its consular service applicants as part of the Philippine Government's efforts to modernize and embrace digitization through electronic payment.

In this regard, applicants are informed of the following procedure in availing of the "Online Bank Payment" option:

(1) Upon completion of successful application and document processing, the applicant shall be asked to indicate in the invoice whether he/she intends to use the Online Bank Payment facility or pay cash for his/her processed documents.

(2) At the cashier's window, the Collecting Officer will provide to the applicant the pertinent bank account details.

(3) The applicant shall transfer the exact amount directly to the said bank account of the Embassy, and the Collecting Officer shall issue an Official Receipt immediately upon confirmation of the payment.

In addition, the Philippine Embassy in Seoul will also migrate to debit and credit card payments in due time to extend the cashless payment choices.

--------------------
NOTE: All are reminded to be meticulous in using the Online Bank Payment due to the existing "NO REFUND" policy for consular services that have already been rendered and so are considered final and completed. END
