OVERSEAS VOTING ADVISORY BALLOTS RECEIVED AFTER THE CLOSE OF VOTING HOURS


The Philippine Embassy in Seoul wishes to inform the members of the Filipino community in South Korea that pursuant to Section 49 of COMELEC Resolution No. 10495, official ballots contained in the ballot envelopes received by the Embassy after the close of voting hours on election day, 13 May 2019, shall be considered as invalid and shall not be included in the counting of votes.

It is in this regard that Filipino Overseas Voters in South Korea are strongly advised to have their sealed ballot envelopes mailed back or delivered personally to the Embassy by 10 May 2019.
