OVERSEAS VOTING REGISTRATION


All qualified Filipino citizens who are not registered overseas voters may file their applications for registration at the nearest Embassy/Consulate or other registration center authorized by the Commission on Elections.

To register, applicants in South Korea must personally appear at the Philippine Embassy in Seoul for biometrics capturing and bring the following requirements: 1) photocopy of valid passport or 2) if dual citizen, copy of dual citizenship documents (Identification Certificate, Oath of Allegiance, Order of Approval) or proof of Philippine citizenship from the Bureau of Immigration; or 3) for seamen, copy of seaman's book.



Filing of applications for registration shall be from 16 December 2019 to 30 September 2021.
