PAALALA SA PAGPILI NG TAMANG SERBISYO PARA SA EMBASSY APPOINTMENT


Ang Pasuguan ng Pilipinas sa South Korea ay nagpapa-alala sa mga kababayan na upang maging klaro at maayos ang inyong mga transaksyon sa araw ng inyong appointment, mangyari lamang na palaging piliin ang tama at akmang consular service sa pag-set ng appointment.

Halimbawa, para sa nais magpa-renew ng PASSPORT, mangyaring siguraduhin na ang appointment ay ginawa sa official Embassy website (https://philembassy-seoul.com).

Sa kabilang dako, kung ang kailangang serbisyo naman ay para sa CIVIL REGISTRIES or NOTARIALS, mangyaring mag-set ng appointment sa Facebook Page ng Embahada (PHinKorea).

Mangyaring tingnan ang sumusunod na guide para malaman kung saan makikita ang bawat consular service:

1. Makikita sa Facebook Page ng Embahada (PhinKorea):

- Civil Registries/Travel Document

1. Legal capacity to Contract Marriage (LCCM)
2. Report of Marriage
3. Report of Birth
4. Travel Document (one-way travel to the Philippines, valid only for 30 days)

-Notarials/Citizenship

1. Notary of documents
2. Special Power of Attorney/affidavits/acknowledgements, certificates, etc.
3. Certification of Driver's License
4. NBI Clearance
5. Embassy ID
6. Natural Born Certificate
7. Renunciation of Philippine Citizenship
8. Dual Citizenship

2. Makikita sa Embassy Website:

- Passport application (new)
- Passport renewal

Ang mga appointment para sa maling serbisyo (halimbawa: nagpa-appointment sa Civil Registries ngunit ang kailangang serbisyo ay passport renewal) ay kakanselahin para mabigyang-puwang ang mga kababayan na nangangailangan ng tamang service at schedule.

Kung kayo ay isa sa mga kababayang apektado ng bagong alituntunin ng Korea Immigration Service (KIS) sa VISA renewal at hindi kayo makahanap ng appointment, mangyaring mag-email sa consular@philembassy-seoul.com kalakip ang mga sumusunod na impormasyon: (1) kopya ng data page ng passport, (2) contact details, at (3) maikling paliwanag ng inyong sitwasyon.

LAUNCH OF FULLY DIGITAL APOSTILLE FOR PSA E-CERTIFICATES AND CHED E-CAVS

The Philippine Embassy in Seoul informs the public of the Official Launch of the Fully Digital Apostille (eApostille) for Philippine Statistics Authority electronic Certificates (PSA eCertificates) and Commission on Higher Education electronic Certification, Authentication, and Verification (CHED eCAVs) at the Department of Foreign Affairs in Manila, Philippines, on 16 March 2026. This initiative is part of the Philippines’ continuing implementation of the electronic Apostille Program (e-APP) of the HCCH aimed at facilitating the secure electronic issuance and verification of Apostilles and promoting the efficient cross-border use of public documents among Contracting Parties to the Apostille Convention.  The following arrangements for the issuance of Apostilles for PSA eCertificates, covering civil registry documents, and CHED eCAVs, covering academic documents, were implemented starting 16 March 2026:

The Philippine Embassy in Seoul joins the celebration on the Protection and Gender-Fair Treatment of the Girl Child Week, or “Girl Child Week” from 22-28 March 2026.
