PAANYAYA: LEGAL CARAVAN SA SOUTH KOREA: SEMINAR AT LIBRENG LEGAL CONSULTATION

Inaanyayahan ng Philippine Embassy, kasama ng Zonta Club of Central Tuguegarao at IBP Cagayan Chapter, ang lahat ng ating kababayan sa unang KYRR Series ng taon, ang "Legal Caravan sa South Korea: Seminar at Libreng Legal Consultation" na gaganapin sa 30 Marso 2025, Linggo sa Sentro Rizal Hall, Philippine Embassy. Magkakaroon ng Legal Seminar simula 9:30 AM hanggang 12:00 NN patungkol sa iba't ibang isyu katulad ng annulment, divorce, kustodiya ng mga bata, pagmamay-ari ng lupa, at iba pa. LAUNCH OF FULLY DIGITAL APOSTILLE FOR PSA E-CERTIFICATES AND CHED E-CAVS

The Philippine Embassy in Seoul informs the public of the Official Launch of the Fully Digital Apostille (eApostille) for Philippine Statistics Authority electronic Certificates (PSA eCertificates) and Commission on Higher Education electronic Certification, Authentication, and Verification (CHED eCAVs) at the Department of Foreign Affairs in Manila, Philippines, on 16 March 2026. This initiative is part of the Philippines’ continuing implementation of the electronic Apostille Program (e-APP) of the HCCH aimed at facilitating the secure electronic issuance and verification of Apostilles and promoting the efficient cross-border use of public documents among Contracting Parties to the Apostille Convention.  The following arrangements for the issuance of Apostilles for PSA eCertificates, covering civil registry documents, and CHED eCAVs, covering academic documents, were implemented starting 16 March 2026:
